Con el uso combinado de las herramientas CGCID es posible tener un acercamiento a la acción internacional de tu estado. ¡Aquí te mostramos cómo!
Usando el Mapa de Acuerdos de Hermanamiento en México (MAHM) podemos observar que el estado de Guanajuato tiene 22 Acuerdos de Hermanamiento registrados ante la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE). Estos tienen contrapartes principalmente en Estados Unidos aunque también podemos ver instrumentos con España, Cuba, Argentina, Perú y Guatemala.
El MAHM permite ver también la temporalidad en la que se firmaron estos Acuerdos de Hermanamiento, por ejemplo, los primeros instrumentos en los que participa Guanajuato -de acuerdo a los registros de Cancillería- datan del año 2000 y corresponden a los Hermanamientos de Irapuato con Marianao, La Habana y con McAllen, Texas.

Por otra parte, con ayuda del Mapeo de proyectos y acciones de cooperación internacional de gobiernos subnacionales de México realizado por el CGCID, es posible ver las acciones de cooperación que Guanajuato tenía hasta la publicación de esta herramienta. En este se puede apreciar que se registraron 5 acciones de cooperación con actores como el estado de Texas en Estados Unidos, la prefectura de Hiroshima en Japón e incluso organismos como el Banco Mundial.

The combined use of the CGCID tools will allow you to approach the international activities of the Mexican states. Here’s how!
Using the Twinning Agreements Map of Mexico (TAMM), we can see that the state of Guanajuato has 22 Twinning Agreements registered in the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs. These Agreements have counterparts in the United States, however, there are also agreements with instances in Spain, Cuba, Argentina, Peru and Guatemala.
The TAMM also allows you to see the timeline in which these Twinning Agreements were signed. For example, the first instruments in which Guanajuato participated – according to the records of the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs – date back to the year 2000 and correspond to the Twinning Agreements of Irapuato with Marianao, La Habana, and with McAllen, Texas.

Furthermore, with the help of the Mapping of projects and actions of international cooperation of subnational governments in Mexico it is possible to see the actions of international cooperation that Guanajuato had up to the publication of this tool.
